365-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Terms & Conditions for the Raibu 365-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Raibu Health offers its customers the opportunity to receive a full refund of the purchase price if they are not satisfied with their products. The following conditions apply:
- The satisfaction guarantee applies to all products purchased exclusively through raibu.health. It also covers products that have already been opened or partially used.
- The guarantee is valid for end customers only. Resellers, distributors, or commercial entities are excluded.
- The guarantee can be claimed within 365 days of receiving the order.
- To use the guarantee, customers must contact Raibu customer support via the contact options listed on www.raibu.health and provide their order number. No explanation or justification is required.
- Raibu will review the claim and inform the customer about the return process. The costs of return shipping will be covered by Raibu. At its sole discretion, Raibu may waive the need for a product return.
- For multi-packs, the guarantee covers only one opened unit per product per order. Unopened products may be returned in household quantities.
- Participation in the satisfaction guarantee is limited to a maximum of three times per household per calendar year. Each product can only be claimed under the guarantee once every two calendar years. For bundles, each included product is treated as an individual product.
- Refunds will be processed within 4–6 weeks after receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method originally used.
- Statutory consumer rights (e.g. right of withdrawal) are not affected or limited by this guarantee. If a refund has already been issued through another method, no additional refund under this satisfaction guarantee will be granted.
