Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU)
You have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging together with proof of purchase.
For health and hygiene protection reasons, opened food supplements are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly. If the return is not due to an error on our part, the customer bears the cost of return shipping. Any shipping costs already incurred will not be refunded in such cases.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. Products that have been used beyond the recommended daily intake are excluded from this guarantee.
Under the satisfaction guarantee, we refund the purchase price of the product. Please note that shipping costs already incurred will not be refunded and the return shipment must be paid for by the customer. Prepaid return labels are not provided under the voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If a product is damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will of course cover the return shipping costs and ensure a quick resolution.
Returns & Refunds
To request a return or refund, please contact us in advance at info@raibu.health. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be accepted.
Once your return or refund request has been approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received the refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
