Raibu Electrolyte Powder is a lemon-flavoured mineral drink you mix yourself. It is made for people who lose fluid through sweating: in training, in the sauna, on long hot days or while fasting. You use one scoop or two, depending on the day.
Minerals for Days You Sweat
What Is in the Pouch
The minerals come from three salts: sodium chloride, potassium chloride and magnesium salts of citric acid. One 5 g scoop holds 1253 mg of them, carried on acacia fibre - a soluble fibre chosen so that the powder needs no maltodextrin or dextrose to bulk it out.
The Role of Magnesium
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.* A 10 g serving supplies 102 mg magnesium and 588 mg potassium. All mineral claims on this page refer to this serving size. A 5 g scoop supplies half of each.
Mixing and Timing
Stir 5 g, one small scoop, into 400-500 ml of water. For 10 g use 600-700 ml. A shaker dissolves the powder fastest. Drink it before, during or after activity, or spread it across a hot day. Do not exceed 10 g per day.
